This is due to the fact that they need to be able to shoot in lower lighting conditions. When you’re trying to get a headshot in natural light, you’re really at the mercy of the weather and the time of day. If it’s an overcast day, then your photograph is going to be ideal because the soft light that results on an overcast day is ideal for photographing people. A good photographer will work with whatever type of light is available and will place you in the perfect place to get the most flattering look for you.
